This unit also has the following features: Outside Awning, Scissor stabilizing jacks, Heat & A/C, fully self contained with 36 gallon fresh water tank, 6 gallon hot water tank, gray & black water tanks. Lots of storage cabinets & closets inside & out. Full Bathroom with Toilet, Corner Shower, Sink, mirror & Vanity w/cabinet.

Security Deposit

A completed Rental Reservation Form (online or via fax) and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to confirm and hold your RV Rental Reservation. This reservation deposit goes towards the balance of the total rental charges. The final balance of the total rental charges and the Security Deposit is due on or before the day of pick-up (or delivery).

A $1000 Security Deposit is required on all motor home rentals and a $500 Security Deposit on all Travel Trailer Rentals (Generator Rental requires an additional $300 Security Deposit). This deposit is completely separate from the Rental Charges and is FULLY REFUNDABLE if the Rental Unit is returned in the same condition as on the day of pick-up with NO DAMAGES to the RV.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All RV Rental Reservation Customers are subject to the following Cancellation Fee: There is a $100 Cancellation Fee for all Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to your pick-up/departure date; in which there would be a $200 refund to the rental customer. If the Reservation has not been made 30 days prior to the rental pick-up/departure date, the complete Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and forfeited.

Travel Trailers - $2 Per Mile Each Way
Motorhomes - $3 Per Mile Each Way

Birmingham Airport Delivery & Pick-Up Services - $350 Total Round Trip
Birmingham Legion Field - $350 Total (Includes Delivery & Pick-Up)
Talladega Superspeedway - $550 Total (Includes Delivery & Pick-Up)
Bryant Denny Stadium or Stillman's College - $150 (Inc. Delivery & Pick-Up)

WE DO NOT OFFER ONE-WAY RENTALS. All rental units are to be picked up and returned at our Northport, AL location.

Rental Qualifications for All Authorized Drivers:
-All additional drivers must be listed on the Rental Agreement, provide a valid driver's license & proof of insurance along w/ an insurance binder
-There will be a MVR, Background and credit check on all drivers
-Travel Trailer Rentals: Tow vehicle's tow rating & specs must be approved to tow the renter's specific travel trailer; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
