Great travel trailer rental for the family. This trailer has a bed in the back with a bunk, couch and dinette. We provide the hitch with distribution bars. You must have electric brakes on your tow vehicle. Awnings can not be used unless you provide full coverage insurance on the trailer or pay an awning deposit.

Security Deposit

$500 Travel Trailers
One half of the Security/Deposit payment is required to guarantee a reservation on all Rentals. The deposits are refundable if the unit is returned clean, black and gray water tanks flushed out and reading empty, propane tanks filled and Trailer undamaged. Deposit refunds are not immediate…. the normal refund is 10-15 working days. If the unit is returned damaged the deposit is held until the damages can be assessed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund of your security pmt. (less $50.00 processing fee) will be given if cancelled 31 days prior to departure. NO REFUND of the down payment if cancelled 30 days or less from departure date unless rescheduled within 6 months. This includes last minute bookings. ** NO EXCEPTIONS**

Additional Terms & Conditions

Travel Trailers must be picked up and returned at the Richmond, IN office. Tow vehicle must have a trailer electric brake controller. All returns are to be returned to the same location as pick-up, unless prior arrangements have been made and paid for. All authorized drivers must have a clean driving record, be at least 25 years old, a copy of all driver’s license’s is required. You will be notified of any changes in your reservation due to mechanical failure or damage to rental preventing pick up and a full refund of your down payment will be made if a replacement is not available. TRAILERS ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH TV’S/THEY DO HAVE ANTENNA’S.
