Notes: Payment for rental charges and other charges must be received 30 days prior to departure.
Without payment in "full" the RV will not be released to the customer.
If payments are not received when due, Road Bear RV reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
Payments in U.S. currency or checks; checks must be drawn on a North American bank payable to Road Bear RV. Bank service charges are the responsibility of the paying party.
Local taxes are due and payable in addition to the rental and/or purchase price. These taxes vary depending on the Location and may change during the year without prior notice.

Listing Description
Just a little smaller, the Road Bear RV Class C 26-28 foot Motor Home is just right for a small group and perhaps shorter trips. A little more maneuverable, yet still sleeps the family comfortably and will accommodate your RV vacation requirements. Sleeping up to 6 with 2 sizable beds and an over the cab bed, it's cozy and yet provides all the conveniences you'll need for your vacation. A toilet, sink and shower, hot water heater, stove, microwave, fridge & freezer, the only question is how long are you going to stay away? The powerful Ford V10 gasoline engine will move you along effortlessly and the air conditioning will keep you cool, while listening to classic, country, or smooth rock music on the AM/FM radio or from a CD. The slide-out dinette provides even more room and if it rains, you can eat in comfort or sit out under the awning and enjoy the fresh air while the just thawed out steaks are sizzling on the grill.
Security Deposit
Road Bear RV requires a security deposit of US $1,000.00 at the time of pickup (Credit Card only!).
Additional deposit may be required for special events e.g. 'Burning Man'.
Security Deposit will be authorized (not charged) on credit card at the time of pickup.
Card holder must be present at the time of RV pick-up.
Dropoff charges and/or damages will be charged to the credit card and/or the authorization.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings may be changed once free of charge. US $50.00 per change thereafter.
Cancellations must to be made in writing. The day of receipt of the cancellation is the date the cancellation fee is calculated as follows:
Cancellation up to 31 days prior to rental date:
20% of rental price or at least US $300.00 will not be refunded
Cancellation 30 days to 8 days prior to rental date:
50% of rental price will not be refunded ($300.00 minimum)
Cancellation 7 days to 4 days prior to rental date:
75% of rental price will not be refunded ($300.00 minimum)
Cancellation 3 days or less prior to departure date and no-shows:
100% of the rental price/deposit will be kept
Additional Terms & Conditions
Pick-up time is between 12:00 noon and 4:00 PM.
If for any reason the booked RV should not be available, Road Bear RV reserves the right to substitute a higher-rated RV at no additional cost. Should a lower-rated RV be substituted, the liability is limited to the refund of the gross rate difference of the two vehicles.
